Do I need a Customer Account to order?

Of course not! At the checkout page there is an option for you to checkout as a guest. No sign ups required and no hassle!

Why should I sign up for an account then?

If you do choose to create an account for yourself after checkout, the account will help you checkout faster on your next order. Your account will also save all your order histories, which is a cool feature to have!

You will be provided the option to create an account after you checkout in full.

How much are shipping costs?

Below your Cart you will see the option of calculating shipping costs. Simply enter your postal code and voila!

You will also be provided your shipping amount after you’ve entered in your payment information. Once you’re okay with your full total (including shipping cost), then you can click ‘submit’ and place your purchase.

Please keep in mind the shipping calculation noted below the cart, as well as when you checkout is only an estimate. 90% of the time these rates turn out to be less (sometimes even, much less) once we process them from our end.

When you checkout, we only ‘authorize’ (not charge) your credit card for the full total. Once we process your order, and calculate your actual shipping cost, at that point is when the correct amount will be charged.

We GUARANTEE that the shipping rate will never be higher than the one quoted.

Products that qualify for discounted or FREE shipping in our catalogue will still be quoted a shipping amount during checkout and payment. However, these amounts will be waived once we process your order!

What if I want faster shipping?

By default we charge Canada Post rates. Transit time ranges from 1-5 business days throughout Canada. However we receive exceptional discounts through FedEx and UPS due to our large volumes. We will always choose the most affordable and fastest shipping option for you once we process your order.
If you’d prefer an even faster shipping option for urgent shipments, please contact us directly. We will then provide you with next day or 2 day shipping rates.
