Do I need a Customer Account to order?
Of course not! At the checkout page there is an option for you to checkout as a guest. No sign ups required and no hassle!
Why should I sign up for an account then?
If you do choose to create an account for yourself after checkout, the account will help you checkout faster on your next order. Your account will also save all your order histories, which is a cool feature to have!
You will be provided the option to create an account after you checkout in full.
How much are shipping costs?
Below your Cart you will see the option of calculating shipping costs. Simply enter your postal code and voila!
You will also be provided your shipping amount after you’ve entered in your payment information. Once you’re okay with your full total (including shipping cost), then you can click ‘submit’ and place your purchase.
What if I want faster shipping?
By default we charge Canada Post rates. Transit time ranges from 1-5 business days throughout Canada. However we receive exceptional discounts through FedEx and UPS due to our large volumes. We will always choose the most affordable and fastest shipping option for you once we process your order.
If you’d prefer an even faster shipping option for urgent shipments, please contact us directly. We will then provide you with next day or 2 day shipping rates.
