What do we mean by “Discounted Shipping Rates”? Well, it’s simple. You can take advantage of Reptile Express’ huge volumes and ship for less than online carrier rates!

With this service, it is not required to purchase our shipping kits. Using your own supplies is permitted. Therefore, we require your credit card info.
This is incase the box dimensions you provided us were inaccurate and we ended up getting billed more through our carrier(s).
Another reason why we require it, is incase the wrong addresses had been provided to us and our carrier(s) charged us extra for the mistake.
Keep in mind we charge an additional 3% for our admin fees for the extra work involved with overage charges.
We only charge credit cards when we get billed extra.

If your exterior box dimensions are: 15.25 x 12.50 x 16″
You’d round it the following way: 15 x 13 x 16″
Anything less than .50″ gets rounded down.
Anything over .50″ gets rounded up.

Ship with sturdy boxes that are not worn down. Tape the containers insects are kept in extremely well to prevent escape. Tape the box down well to prevent escape.

* We offer no live arrival guarantees with feeders, neither does any other carrier shipping live insects/perishables. This is an industry standard.
* Any package containing a live animal (in this case anything living) shall be considered a perishable commodity and will be accepted for transportation solely at the shipper’s risk for any damage or loss arising from the perishable nature of the item. Reptile Express shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
